This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ChilliFlake Technologies LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the BizInsight mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the BizInsight ("App") on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you for your personal, non-commercial use. If your use of the App is on behalf of an organization, you may sublicense the App to your employees or agents, provided they agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and you remain responsible for their compliance.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of ChilliFlake Technologies LLP and its licensors.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users of the App may not upload, submit, or otherwise transmit content or materials through the App. The Company does not review or approve any User Content, as the App does not allow for user-generated content submissions. Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the App shall be considered non-confidential, and the Company shall have the right to use it without any obligation to you.
The App may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on such websites or services.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App. We may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing notice to you. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your devices.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
