The purpose of the BizInsight mobile application ("App") is to facilitate the summarization and simplification of corporate announcements submitted to stock exchanges. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you create an account, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account information.

2. User Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or spamming.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ChilliFlake Technologies LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided in the App without express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChilliFlake Technologies LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we change these Terms, we will provide notice to you, and your continued use of the App after the changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
